P5W DH remote controller and TIR3Pro conflict?

Hi men i have an Asus P5W DH motherboard, and his remote controller don't work if in the TIR software (4.1 build 30 final) i put the option run at startup.
When this option is enable the remote controller can't connect but if i disable this option the remote controller can connect, and after i can to connect the TIR and all work just it do conflict for me at the startup someone here has the same problem?

Something new to me....

Does this occur with other versions of the TrackIR software?
