TrackIR3 & Vista

I got a new computer with Vista Home Premium and installed the latest 4.1.030 software. When I plugged in my trackir3 it blue screened and restarted. Is trackir3 compatible with Vista? What version of software should I be running?

Are you running the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version of Vista?

Are you plugging the unit directly into the system, or are you using a hub of some kind?

What happens if you move USB ports?

32 bit version with a USB hub.
Connecting trackir directly to computer seems to work.
I will see how things work.

Does the hub have it's own power supply, if not that can be an issue.
