Anyone have any idea why my track ir application window does not pop up on my desktop/screen when I double click the Track IR icon or right click and press restore?
I was only ever able to open the window one time and that was it. Also when I press CTRL ALT DEL TrackIR is showing up as an Application when it should only be listed as a process?? I have the latest version and the Track IR headset clip...
Also I can ALT+TAB and see the Track IR Icon but when selecting nothing happens.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like a typical WinXP prob, I have had it a few times.
Only answer is to unistall and reinstall the software giving probs.
I have found once it starts to go you never get it back to normal without reinstalling the software.

1 - Looking in the following folder, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?
If there are any over 4KB, please delete.
2 - Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,
http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/06- ... nuals.html
If there are any over 4KB, please delete.
