FSX SP1 crashing with Trackir

Hi all

Reinstalled FSX, installed SP1. Reinstalled TrackIR All working fine. But start FSX with TrackIR running? -- crash. Basically as soon as I start flying the screen freezes, the hourglass appears, and FSX terminates with a "HAD TO SHUTDOWN" error. I can post the error report if this is of help to anyone.

Some testing reveals the following:
Running FSX without TrackIR causes no problems.
Running FSX with lower graphics settings WITH TrackIR causes no problems.
Running FSX with higher settings that my machine can cope with -- And TrackIR always crashes FSX

I had no problems at all with TrackIR prior to FSX SP1.

Any help badly needed:

SPECS
Dell 9200 Core2Duo E6700, 2gb, NVIDIA 7900GS with latest Dell driver. Win XP SP2. FSX DELUXE plus SP1. TrackIR 4, latest driver. Other FSX add-ons installed: FS Force, FsTerrain, RealAir S260

1 - Did you try the latest video card drivers from Nvidia?

2 - If you uninstall SP1, does the issue go away?

3 - Have you been able to isolate the slider that causes the system to crash?
