Suggestion: improved "double-click delay"

Hi,

I like the d-click delay feature but it can be annoying to wait half a second or so after a single click.

My solution would be to define a deadzone for this feature so that if the cursor moves a certain distance after a single click the delay would be overridden. That way double clicking would still be easier without the annoying delay in - for example - moving a scroll bar.
