Hi
BTW this is a great system at an amazing price point. When is it becoming available finally!!
I was wondering if you had an example of subtle animation.
1. Different kinds of walks. Say a tired walk to a walk with a spring. Not a cartoony kind of tired but just simple tired person.
2. Someone sitting and listening with rapt attention to someone else. So, most of the time they are sitting with subtle hand motions, head nods in agreement once in a while but nothing much.
Any Example of Subtle Animation
Re: Any Example of Subtle Animation
We hope to have a release version of the software released by the end of October, but with all software releases this can be subject to change.
As for the animation, I am not aware of anything like that, that we have generated, but I will run it be the marketing/development teams for ideas in demoing the software.

Okay, I know what sample you are looking for, we will try and have that put on the site. We are finishing off a lot of stuff now, so it might take a bit.
As for what I think of subtle motion with ARENA; it should be no problem. Today we were doing captures with a golf putter and it was very natural looking, lots of subtlety, but that is what you get when you have an all optical system, each marker is resolved to about 1mm or less, so there is a lot of fidelity, which makes things look real, not too smoothed over. That type of motion is in our demo videos, but you can't really tell because we have compressed the videos for simple web display.
Also, at 100FPS, you can slow the motion down to 1/3 or 1/4 time, and get some great fluid slow motion. I am personally having a lot of fun with that feature.
