My trackir V4 doesn't work. The green tracking led is on, but when I open the tracking view it only shows a grey screen.
The software installation works well, but when I connect the device the device is not recognized. Then I execute the NPregfix and restart the computer. After that the device is recognized, the green led is on, but it doesn't work. If I open the tracking view, I only get a grey screen. I have taken screenshots of the process and screens. Let me know if you need more information.
