new vector activate

i has the TRACKIR-3PRO.
From the friend it received the VECTOR.
but Does not become the ACTIVATE


It is because the serial number of my TR-3PRO, serial number and the vector is not one goods?
Is the solution method nothing Uss?

Please send an email to support@naturalpoint.com asking for help with it, include the serial number of your TrackIR.
