Y Breakout Cable

Post by MarSin »

I have been using this product for about two years and am very happy with it. I have an extremely debilitating case of tendinitis at age 25 which has prevented me from holding a regular job in the past 3 years.

I just started my first job in three years and need to carry my Smart nav from home to work. I only have one Y breakout cable which is falling apart. I have a foot switch which I like to use for my right-click, and a regular click which is attached to the desk and I click with my knee for my left click.

I wanted to buy another Y Breakout Cable, foot switch and click switch. So that all I would have to carry is that unit. But I can't!

What am I supposed to do when my Y Breakout Cable breaks, which it looks like it's going too from overuse since there is duct tape holding it together right now?

Please let me know as soon as possible if I can possibly order it separately. What are my options?

I could be wrong, but to me that cable just looks like regular audio cable. Take your old cable to Radio Shack and tell them you need a new cable that does the same thing as the old one. Description: Male 1/8" stereo minijack that splits off into two 1/8" female mono minijacks.
