Life expectancy TIR3?

Post by Tiburon »

Hi!
I got my Track IR3 for X-mas 2 years ago. I loved it! However, it died on me in November 2007 (does not respond any more.) I've tried most suggestions found here, and on the trouble shooting section. After finally talking to support, they concluded it might well be a hardware failure.

Granted the warranty is for one year only, however, that it would last less than 2 years is dissapointing. I hesitate to buy a new unit if the life exectancy is this short. Do you have a rebate /coupon policy in cases like this that make a new purchase a little more affordable?

Thanks.

We currently do not have a rebate program.

I sorry that the hardware itself has failed. I have many customers that have been using the same unit for over 5 years, and haven't had any issues. Unfortunately somtimes electronic parts fail, which in your case was after the warranty period.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Let me know if there is anything else I can try and do for you.
