working fine for two weeks and now cursor jumps all over the screen -- nothing has changed in the profiles we use -- we have tried all of the suggestions in the troubleshooting guide -- still the same
when we go into tracking -- the screen has lines jumping all over it as if there was some interference -- this happens whether we have the dot on or not! And camera view as the dot jumping all over the place?
Any suggestions -- otherwise I will have to return it to where I purchased from

Hello,
Please try unplugging the unit from the USB port and then replugging it in to see if that alleviates the line issue. If the issue persists please take a screen shot of the tracking screen and email it to kevin@naturalpoint.com. I will have a look at it and respond with what steps to take next.
