Track IR application exits immediately after launch.

Yesterday it worked, today it doesn't. When I launch Track IR apllication it shows for less than second in processes window inside task manager and then it dissapeares. It doesn't even open any window or show any error dialog. I tried to reinstall software several times, to different locations, both stable and latest beta version. In device manager it looks like the driver is correctly installed, the blue led on a trackir is blinking, but the application refuses to run. I also tested it on another computer and there it works.

Do you have any idea what may cause immediate application exit with return code -1? That's what process monitor from sysinternals says:

I'm beginning to think that the only solution is to reinstall OS (Vista 64). :(

In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?

Only 3 default profiles, about 1,8kb each.

What profiles do you have listed here?

Well, doing a Vista repair as described here solved the issue: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/88236 ... vista.html

I think the problem was caused by some USB drivers malfunctioning, not TrackIR specific.
