We are working on creating a demo center in the EU right now. Our plan is to have something in place in about 60 days. If your schedule is tigher than that, there are other options.
We do have customers in the EU and France, but they typically don't like to have visitors.
Typically, where we can't do an in person demonstration, we work with the potential customer to define their needs, show them sample data, even custom captures we can do at our studio, and define a camera configuration that will work well for them. We also provide a 30 day return period, with 10% restocking fee, if for some reason, the system doesn't work out for the customer. In this manner, we hope to reduce the risk of buying the system and make sure the customer is satisfied it the purchase.
