TrackIR software hotkeys

Hi,

Yesterday my trackIR software stoped recognizing hotkey presses while in game, if alt-tab to software the hotkey works. Game is recognized, proper profile is loaded.

I have tried all combinations of keys and settings, "trapped" etc. I have not loaded any additional drivers that may be conflicting in the timeframe so I'm at a loss as to where to start looking. Thanks.
