Hola!
My girlfriend and I are clearing out an area where we will set up the Optitrack system and she was watching the video of the guy calibrating the cameras (when he starts on the ground and "winds" his way up) and she had a good question that I did not have the answer for.
Question: Will I have to do this EVERY time the cameras are set up? Let's say I have to take the set down for the week and put it back up the following weekend or even if I turn off the computer. Will I need to do this "calibration dance" (which looks very graceful in the video btw) everytime it's set up or can I just load it up whenever I start again?
(asking because our living room is big enough for now and I wouldn't want the cameras just hanging out there all the week)
Thanks!
Question on Calibration (Every Time)?
Re: Question on Calibration (Every Time)?
If you just turn off the system, then you canjust load the old calibration file; but when ever the cameras are moved/setup then you need to run a system calibration.
