Software crashes on exit

Just purchased TrackIR4 w/ TrackClip Pro. After couple sessions unit works like a charm. However, every time I try to exit the software it becomes un-responding. This happens when selecting Exit right-clicking tray icon, using right hand corner X or from software menu File>Exit. Is there way to fix this?

Have Vista 64-bit SP1 (with DEP enabled on all programs, if this matters). Thank you.

EDIT: Software version is 4.1.034.

I would start with a clean install........

Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,

Hmm, took some time to locate this moved thread. For some reason it's still shown Technical Support > TrackIR Support as latest post.

Indeed, seems like something went wrong in initial installation as re-install did fix this [irritating] minor issue. Thank you for your help.
