Heads fall off when turning

I have the Track IR3 with Vector support and IR Clip. What I cannot get to work is the tracking properly. When I calibrate and the head view is on, I am able to look to the right, however, when I look to the left, it resembles a severed head in the tracking display, in other words it starts movement to the left and just falls down. Has anyone else experienced this phenomonem? Otherwise, I have had nothing but great look with this product, until now......

When looking at the tracking screen, what do you see?

Are you using the TrackClip Pro, or the metal track clip?

What version of the software are you using?

I see three green dots and a very tiny red one, located mostly center of the three green ones.

I am using the TrackClip Pro

My version software is 4.1

Camera mounted on the left side of the monitor?

3 green IR sources fairly vertical?

TrackClip Pro mounted on left side of headset?

TrackClip Pro selected in the different profiles?

Oh yes, I have the same problem and its driving me nuts, so much so I took my Track ir snd stuck it in the loft for 7 months, Now with blackshark almost out, I have been persauded to give it another go, Now after sitting here trying everything i can think of for 14hrs, I'm ready to throw the damn thing out of the window. But as a last resort I have come here, Please Please Please can someone help. As to vincents request for info

My device info is - Track IR Pro xxxxxxx
track IR version 4.1 build 35
I only have the 3 green lights being tracked, NO red lights anywhere, and Both my track IR AND clip is on the left side, and all the green tracking lights are almost vertical

I'm using Vista 64bit.

Any Ideas??????

Does this occur when using the trackclip(vector clip)?

Hey Vincent, Nope no dots disappear when looking left, and I've lost the trackclip so cant tell you mate sorry, However after a few more hours and positioning the sensor everwhere I could think off, I finally turned it upside down and clipped it on the bottom left of the shelf above my monitor, I disabled all boxes and put all sensitivity at lowest settings, Then slowly setup each box, and Guess what It finally works, or at least it seems to in the setup. Now to go and try with Falcon. Sorry my 1st post was negitive was getting a bit fed up by that stage.
