Software Problems

Hey guys ive recently bought a new track ir pro with clip. Its been working fine but now i cant get the Track IR program to run. I double click on the icon and nothing comes up.
Im runnng Vista 32 bit. Like i said it was working earlier on today but it wont work now, The blue led is slowly blinking on the sensor

Any help would be much appreciated

What version of the TrackIR software are you running?

Are you running any Anti-virus/Firewall software?


In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?

Hi i just downloaded the latest version and i can now get the program to run but i now can get the vector to work. There is a green light on but can get it to turn blue. The program then keeps saying not responding and crashes.

Im running AVG anti virus which it worked ok with when i used track ir before it started playing up.

The profle folders are:
Combat Flight - 2kb
Default - 4kb
Flight Sim - 4kb
Racing - 2kb

Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,
