New Issue with latest .35 Version

I have Vista sp1. If I boot the system up while my smarntav device is still connected on USB, as soon as Smartnav software starts the light blinks real fast and the cursor bounces all over the place. I did not have this issue with the last stable version.
The only way to fix it is to unplug the usb, and then replug, and then everything works fine. What, if any, is the fix for this? Apparently you took it out of Beta too quick! Once it works I like it better though, but I cant keep unplugging and plugging every time.

What do you see on the tracking screen, when this occurs?

Desktop, or laptop system?

Using a USB hub of any kind?

This only happens on a cold boot, how about a retart?

The dot and the cursor bounce around lightniing fast. It is not lighting since there is only 1 dot on the tracking screen while it bounces around.

It is on a powered USB hub.

Cold boot and restart is all the same. Both have the issue until i unplug it and replg. I never had this issue with the previous version.

Have you tried connecting it directly to the PC?
