cant load the drivers

I just got a new system,amd9550quadcore,5120mb/mo,nvidia9300ge,running on vista.
my TIR4 pro ran good on my old system, now i cant get it to run on the new one. It wont load the drivers off the cd. also I tried to update the soft ware from your webpage and it says its corupted, or just times out.

Windows gives me a code39

Please try downloading the software again, as there could have been a bad connection from the download server.
