Hi, my problem is that when I connect optitrack flex V100 camera directly to your computer through the USB cable, I can not see any picture through it when I run the tool of synch, whereas if I connect another room where I can see.
I do not know if will have something to do, but when I connect the camera to the computer, and run the tool of synch, do not light the 7-segment displays that are below the LED's.
Could it may be due?

Is the licensed camera connected to the PC?

The Tracking Tool software is a seperate license/application from the Arena software.
If you wish to use the Tracking Tool software, you will need to purchase the license seperately.

If you are having camera issues, please email support, with your camera serial number, system specifications, software version you are using, and issue that you are having with the camera.
