USB Cable missing for smart nav 4

I have just got myself a smart nav 4 but there is no usb cable in the packaging. I have had a look on the website and the usb cable is 3 dollors but it is 45 dollors postage to the uk. Could you please let me know if any of your distributors in the uk stock these? or is it a standard usb cable that I can purchase in the uk. Thanks Ryan

Its not a standard USB cable as the connections are different on either side

The SmartNav 4 uses a standard USB A to Mini-B cable, its the kind you might use with a digital camera or mp3 player.
