TrackIR3 doesnt track anymore

Hi there,

My TrackIR3 unit worked fine on Friday night, come Saturay I launched the application it started, all the lights came on and then the green light went off. No matter what reflective surface I put in front of the TIR3 unit nothing is picked up.

I then did a restart, with the same result, then I disconnected and reconnected. My unit is 5 years old now, could it have finally given up the will to track?

It is possible that the device has had a hardware failure of some kind.

Can you try the device on another system?
