Problem with install software

Hi,

I received my TrackIR4 today and I'm already stuck installing the software.

1st try I get an error message saying:
Setup failed to run installation: One or more arguments are not correct.

2nd try I get an error message saying:
Error extracting support files: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate 32 with admin rights. I tried to install the latest drivers downloaded from the site and even an older driver but I get the same error messages.

What am i doing wrong?

What is the file size, of the software you downloaded?

Is the camera plugged into the system?

Hi mkuver,

This is exactly the problem i was having, if you reboot you'll be able to try and install again, but you'll get the same message as the first error. If you click through the first error message it will let you continue to the installation part but error before the end...

I had to install the drivers on another PC (an XP box) and copy the folder (with drivers) across to my Vista 64 box, this worked well.
