licence activation

having trouble getting the arena software to acknolegde our licence information. are there any detailed step by step guides.. although after trying 10 different methods of install, i think i understand it, there still maybe something im missing.

What version of the Tracking Tools/Arena software are you using?

Generally the steps are as follows -

1 - Install software

2 - Plug in cameras/hardware key for software to be activated to

3 - Run License Tool sogftware, entering in License serial number, hash code, and licensed hardware serial number

4 - Activate the software

5 - Run software application
