Installation error - iKernel.exe not found

Hi,
I am installing an new system (Foundation Package). When I double click the Arena.1.4.Final.b.exe file (that I downloaded from the website) I get an error message: "Error Installing iKernel.exe".

I am running an XP platform.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
