Hey everyone,
I just bought the TrackIR 4: Pro system, and the TrackIR TrackClip Pro addition.
I read some reviewed on the web at various places and watched some videos -- it all looked as if TrackIR and Flight Simulator X were perfectly paired for each other and will/would work perfect and be a great addition.
However, lately I've been reading in the forums and see that most everyone is having nothing but problems with the TrackIR system running on almost the exact platform as myself (see below).
Can anyone give positive feedback on the systems that is using a platform similar to mine?
My Platform
Windows Vista Ultimate x64-bit
4GB Corsair RAM
Intel Quad Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX
Flight Simulator X: Deluxe Package
TrackIR 4: Pro
TrackIR TrackClip Pro
Thanks,
Travis
FSX / TrackIR 4: Am I going to be disappointed?

The only issue that I have seen, is FSX, and the TrackIR running at different permission levels, with Vista.
That can be resolved by running both exe files as an admin (right click on the exe).
