Hello,
I have a T-IR 4 Pro SNR xxxxx, which suddently stopped working.. I can turn it on and off using F9 (Green/red LED) but it's like the teacking-led's have stopped working..
Im worried to see a lot of others have the same problem with this quite expensive piece of hardware, with no moving parts.. Looks like a "bad" batch of Track IR's, to me..

It looks like you have had the unit for anbout 3 years
Have you made any changes to the system recently?
Do you see the TrackIR IR leds turn on?
Can you send me a screen shot of the tracking screen?
Have you tried a clean install of the TrackIR software?
Are you using the metal clip, or the TrackClip Pro?
Do you have the camera IR LEDS turned on (View -> Tracking -> Settings)?
Have you made any changes to the system recently?
