Camera focus problem SLIM:V100

I bought the slim:v100 with case, filter, 12mm adapter and two lenses (1.9 and 2.6). The problem is i can not get a good focus. it's just blurry. on the 2.6mm i almost get focus but i would need to be able to screw it in another two or three turns to get a sharp picture. have i missed something obvious or what?
