Track IR 3 Doesn't work with black shark.

Hi,

My track IR doesn't seem to work with black shark.

I have TrackIR3 Pro (Without vector expansion).
I have software version: 4.1.036 and Got all the latest game updates so Black shark now shows up in my profiles but it still wont work if left on auto or if I exclusively load the black shark profile.

The green light on my camera comes on and the device tracks my head correctly as the information can be viewed in the track IR software and it shows my head moving but when in BS it doesnt respond.

It sounds like there is a silly setting somewhere preventing BS from using the device.

Any one got any ideas?

What version of Windows are you using?

Vista Ultimate. (With SP1)

Try running both BS, and the TrackIR software, as an admin (right click on each exe file, and select run as admin)

Any other applications running in the background?

no addons, nothing running in background. tried reinstalling all track ir drivers and even black shark, no difference.
