I'm running SmartNav 3 version 2.14.
I have been trying to upgrade to the newest software.
I've followed all of the steps like deleting the old and unplugging before starting again with the new.
the message I get when I try to restart is:
"Could not connect with a SmartNav camera! Mouse control will be disabled until a SmartNav camera is plugged in."
What do I or should I be doing?

Are you connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?
Have you tried moving USB ports?
What version of the software do you currently have installed?
Can you send me a private message, with your camera serial number?
