bvh skeleton hovers over the ground

hello,

I've a problem. After importing the bvh and the Character from Maya into Motionbuilder the feet of the bvh Skeleton always are a few centimeters above the ground. I recorded a few Movements but all of the bvh file have the same issue. I used the 34 Marker Setup in Arena and place the marker like shown in the instruction. Where is the probem? And which method should i use to fix it in Motionbuilder? Sorry I'm a beginner.

And if you use the BVH file directly from Arena, to Motion Builder, do you also have the same issue?
