Very new to TrackIR (arrived yesterday..) quick question.
When playing Black Shark the view seems to snap back to the centre view, when i move my head to the right it stays central until it gets to certain point then seems to 'pop' out of the centre and allows me to look around freely, once my view gets back close to the centre point it snaps back into the centre view. This 'holding' of the centre view happens in all directions of movement. Is this a trackir thing, or a black shark ? Can it be stopped.. or is this normal ?
Nice product...
Cheers

Re: New User Question.
Hi Digial Slap,
This is called a deadzone, and it's included in the Default Profile. Try the Smooth profile for a smaller deadzone. If you'd like to completely remove the deadzone, you need to make sure that the center-most points of the said profile's motion curve have a Y value of at least 1. If you want to do this to the Default Profile, you'll need to make a copy of the profile and edit that, as the Default Profile itself cannot be edited.
Hope this helps!
