Tracker IR 5 using Version 4.1 software

Just ordered IR Tracker 5 to replace my Tracker 4 Pro. I'm using version 4.1 software. If I continue to use version 4.1 when my new unit arrives do I still recieve the added higher reporting, sub-pixel resolutions ect. Or do I Have to update to verion 5 software? Thanks!

Almost all of the TrackIR 5 improvements are hardware derived, so you will still have access to the sub-pixel analysis, wider FOV, etc. You will not, however, get the Spurious Marker Rejection or the improved interface unless you update to 5.0.
