Please help me pconfiguring SmartNav 4 AT!

I have a condition called cerebellar ataxia which is a balance and coordination disorder. So far I haven't been doing too well with SmartNav. Could you please suggest just what you think are the best settings for me?

I found that it's best for me to use the Slow default profile.

I would also look at using the gravity feature, to help with "grabbing" items that you wish to click on.
