Hardware key broken

Hi all,
I have the OptiTrack system for a couple of months, but my hardware key is not working. Anyone knows how can I use the OptiTrack Arena Motion Capture software without or simulating the hardware key?

Please email support with the issue, as well as hardware serial number.
