Received TrackIR 5 but somethings missing

Turns out the TrackClip is missing 2 of the reflectors off the horizontal bar that sits on the brim of the hat.

i've put in a support ticket regarding this but would like peoples opinion of alternative methods they have used to mimic the trackclip since it appears to be flimsy and likely will break if taken off said hat repeatedly.

The clip is very durable since it is made out of spring steel. I can't tell you how many times I have knocked the TrackClip onto the floor, and it handles it just fine.

I have sent out a replacement clip order, per your email.

very kind of you.. i did cobble together a somewhat dodgy work around by cutting the existing reflector into three.. it at least allows me to set up a profile for a few games.
