Smartnav does't track anymore, broken?

Hi everyone,

I started smartnave software this morning and found out that the tracker does't track anymore. The led lights up only when the software is started and does't when I hold a reflecting service in front of it. I have tried reinstalling the software, but that does't work. Is there anything I can try to get it to work again, or is it possible broken?

Never mind guys, the problem was fixed by re-inserting the usb-plug.
