TrackIR 4 not working - Blinks blue !!

My TrackIr4 Pro just stopped working :eek:

I've connected it the the USB hub , to the USB ports in the desktop, even tried on a different computer but it just blinks away in blue without being detected by Windows (Vista 64 in the desktop, XP in the laptop).

Tried to install newest driver ... same stuff !

Please help !!!!!

Please email support with camera serial number, and issue that you are having.
