Smartnav not as good on a Mac

Post by cd_albert »

Hi,

I have used the Smartnav for many years on a PC and it's an amazing device... however I have just swapped to a Mac and the software is nowhere near as good.

In absolute mode the cursor wobbles around and is pretty much unusable and in relative mode the tracking is not as good and objects in the background often interfere with the tracking.

I know that RJ Cooper is responsible for the software development... but you should know your product is nowhere as good on a Mac as it is on a PC. I e-mailed RJ Cooper more than once airing my concern and have never received a reply.
Great product, but I think you should develop the Mac software yourselves, as the PC software is so much better.
