I am a quadriplegic user and use a special mouse SmartNav 3.2 HP PAVILION laptop with vista64 home premium
To avoid the deadlock, you indicate that on Windows Vista-64 Home Premium I use an administrator account with User Account Control (UAC) Off.
My problem is with User Account Control (UAC) Off. every time you reboot your laptop power settings are lost, and restores the initial configuration
- Off-screen at 20 minutes

IS THERE ANY WAY FOR WINDOWS NOT TURN OFF THE SCREEN
BELIEVING THAT THE MOTION IS EQUIVALENT TO MOUSE SmartNav ONVENTIONAL

SHOULD ALWAYS BE FEATURED ON (NOT SWITCH OFF)

The power saving features should have nothing to do with UAC being enabled, or disabled.
