Trick IR 5 pro instability

hello every body, my english is not perfect but I try harder.
I request your help please.
I have install the Track Ir 5 pro this morning in the good respect of the procedure.
I have donwload before, driver version 5.0 Final B.
I used vista pro 64 bit, phenom 9750, 8 go ram, & GC Asus 9800 GT Ultimate.
It's impossible to have a stability of screen picture with Track IR 5 pro. When I try to make tests, and when I run for example FSX or Black Shark, the screen picture jump everytime, the head of the screen is in feet place, etc.
I think, it's may be � driver problem, but I am not specialist.
If any body could give me some lights, I should be very happy because now it's the absolutly night.

OK, is the movement erratic within the TrackIR software itself?

Are you using the Trackclip or Trackclip Pro?

Are you seeing only 3 green objects in the camera window?

Are the tracking objects centered within the view?

What happens when you recenter (f12)

Do you have Trackclip, or Trackclip Pro selected in the software?

i have the same problem ....
track clip pro and its selected
yes only 3 green lights (how many should i see)
they are in centre of view
f12 it recentres
camera left hand of monitor
sitting about 4 feet or so away any closer and it impossible to use,
windows vista 32 and on FSX sim
please please help on this thank you
