Dead Device

My trackir device hasnt been working for a while now, so I decided to to a full clean on my comp. and reinstall fsx and trackir. Nothing still. the device itself has no lights or any other sign of life even when I plugged it into another computer? Im using Vista Home Prem 32 bit. Thanks for your help

I got it last Christmas but didnt start using it until last april. After 3-4 days of use it stopped working. The power would go out very freq. last year. probably every 1-2 weeks.

I Also have a DEAD device... im using win7 64Bit and until 3 weeks ago it worked just fine.. suddenly it wont even start when software runs.. it just says " no device detected" .. PLEASE help me get this awasome product running again. (sry for my bad english).
