SmartNav 4 dies when I right click

Hi
I have a new SmartNav 4 with a sip and puff switch to click the mouse with. The problem is that the SmartNav stops tracking when I click. I can right cick but it wont let me drag

This happens on just one of the inputs, if I switch inputs then I can't left drag and I think software is not the problem because it's the same on xp and win7.

Is the unit broken? Or could there be something else..?

Are you plugging directly int the SmartNAV camera?

Are you using the splitter cable?

Since you are using the sip, and puff, with both a left and right click, try not using the splitter cable, and plugging it directly into the SmartNAV camera.
