Cannot Identify markers

HI,

I have seven cameras collecting 37 markers for face roboto commpatable capture. Cameras and calibration ok, but during the wizard collection at the face template create stage, it fails and reports cannot identify markers.

Any advice most welcome.

Can you send in copies of your calibration, wanding, and data files to support ?
