TrackIR 3 PRO - Application freezes TrackIR 4.1 build37

Hi,

I have a very big problem! He owned an older type of TrackIR 3 Pro and the problem is that I will freeze Application TrackIR 4.1 Build 37.
- Application freezes always when you type profile.
- Application freezes always when I do Simulator Black Shark
(Application freezes even if it is not involved in the TrackIR device USB)
Other Issues:
- In cases where the application will close correctly so it is already next times I can not run, application processes are still running. Solve the problem either reboot your PC or killing the process.

TrackIR hardware should be fine, the problem appears to be only in the SW.

What other applications are you running in the background?

What video card, video card drivers are you using?

Have you tried running both the TrackIR software, and the gaming application as an admin (right click on the exe file for each, and select run as admin)?

I have a graphic card Asus EAH 3850 Series 256MB (256bit cache) and I have the latest drivers, walk me email notification when a new drivers available.

Try closing some of the background applications you have running.

So does this occur, if the TrackIR hardware is not plugged in?

Yes, I have closed all unnecessary applications but unfortunately TrackIR program still freezes.

Application freezes even if it is HW TrackIR USB connection. I also tried the other USB port or turn off the auto-off USB port because of energy saving - again with no positive change!

I really do not know where it could be the problem!
