TIR Works for awhile and then stops tracking

I play IL2 and Rise of flight. I have this trouble in both games.
TIR5 works great for a few minutes then suddenly stops tracking.
I exit the game and maximize the TIR software to see that its frozen. I can restart TIR and it will again work fine for about 3 to 7 minutes then stop tracking. This happens without hitting a key or moving the mouse just moving the joystick. I have tried all the advice ive read..usb power management off..reinstalled TIR many times. Reinstalled XP pro. reinstaled the games. had only usb mouse and TIR plug in and in MB not hub.

please help flight simming is lame without TIR!!!!

Are you using the TrackClip, or the TrackClip Pro, with the device?

Do you have anything else plugged in next to the TrackIR camera?

I have tried both hat clip and pro clip. tried having only TIR and mouse in MB inputs not hub. Mouse not plugged next to TIR.
Noticed it seems to work about 10-20 minutes if I play right after booting for 1st time of the day. The faster I restart after freese the faster it freezes!! sometimes it stops working before the game loads. The green lights stay on tho. Maybe heat? Ram overload?
Not a tech guy so just wondering. Also this cpu and MB are overclocked (not by me) The local computer repairman says that wouldn't be the problem...would do you think?

Do you have the TrackIR plugged into the TrackClip Pro?

If the system is overheating, and drawing too much power, it could be causing power issues across the rest of the system.

Can you try the device on another PC?
