Applied to consoles other than PS2 ?

Post by Stygian43 »

Hello,

I would like if there are any plans to apply this technology to consoles other than the PS2 ? I can think of MANY games, as an XBOX user, that would benefit from such a device !!!

Boy, you are a great man. I have too the Xbox chipped, and it would be fine to make any driver to emulate the xbox joystick (but using the mouse method described one week ago in this forum by somebody called "mopheta").

This driver modiffication would can be done in the xbox dashboard (pressing any button combination you toggle control the joy or trackir). We all know that playing games like doom3 or half life with a console pad is not very easy, and trackir would can do a better job.

But to do this must be enough number of people with xbox and trackir. Naturalpoint, you must speak with bill gates to support trackir in xbox-2 If this happend, Bill, give me some %$ for the idea ;P
