My TIR stopped working after restarting my computer!

hello everyone,My English is not good .but I will try to write the following word clearly:)
I'm from china.I bought TIR 4 with clip pro and enjoying IL2 from last year.This device gave me a lot of fun!!
But one day my trackIR don't function suddenly.That night when i was playing IL2,the game seemed to be too slow.so I restart the computer.then the TrackIR stopped working.the yellow and green led not shinning.
I changed some other computers which belonged to my friends,but the trackIR still not working.
I also downloaded the newest software and updated.but the TIR still not flashing with the yellow or the green led.only red led worked when i paused the device with F9.
what can i do?can anybody help me?

my trackIR number seems to be :xxxx. the only number i found from the usb ware.
