Can TrackIr be assigned a core?

I undertand TrackIr can use a lot of CPU. Is it possible to assign it to use say my third core on a 4-core AMD ?

Ok I must have been misinformed. But my question stands....Can I assign it to a core??

As with any application, you can set the software to a specific CPU, within the the task manager -> processes tab
